Step Your Game Up, LLC has a very comprehensive
recruiting process that is designed to give high school players exposure
to college coaches. This process consists of Step Your Game Up, LLC
creating a personal website (scroll down to see a sample) for each
individual player that contains a homepage, video gallery, media
gallery, and photo gallery. The player's stats, highlight videos, press
clippings, and photos are all uploaded to this personal website. Don't
worry! Step Your Game Up, LLC uploads and maintains the player's website throughout their entire high school career.
Once the player's personal website is complete, the next step in the process is for Step Your Game Up, LLC to personally
send the player's website, along with personal and academic
information, to appropriate colleges throughout the country or region.
The colleges are determined by academic achievement, athletic talent and
ability, conversations with an athlete's family, and Step Your Game Up
LLC's own overall assessment of the athlete.
The player's personal website is also an excellent
tool for athletes that have already received interest or are actively
being recruited as the website becomes a "one stop shop" for college
coaches to go to. Coaches are able to go to one location and get almost
all of the information that they need about that particular player. In
addition, the player's personal website can be used by the player's high
school coach as a visual aid when talking to college coaches about the
player's talent, ability, and achievements.
